It’s day 3 of our Signature MouthOff™ interviews, and today it’s Linus Nyström’s turn. Our love of all things Swedish extends to our illustrators, and Linus is a Swede we love as much as fika and meat balls.

1. Why do you think the mouth you created rocks?
Grillz will never get out of style! I hope…

2. Where did your inspiration come from?
When I did the last frame, which was the first one I did, I actually looked at a picture of Lil’ Jon…

3. Tell us a situation where MouthOff™ could be useful :)

You can always blame mr. Blingy here if you tried approaching a pretty girl and it came out all wrong. “Hey, It wasn’t me who looked at your behind shouting ‘HEYEAAH!’, it was Lil’ Jon!”

4. Tell us a few words about yourself!
My name is Linus Nyström and I’m born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. I started off as a magazine art director and I worked for several Swedish magazines before I decided to try my wings and start illustrating full time. Most of my work is for magazines and advertising agencies, but sometimes, a fun oppurtunity to do something different, like this, pops up!
